Shipment Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that the fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at support@rabbitandribbon.com to schedule a pick-up time.
Rabbit & Ribbon currently only offers shipping to Canada.
Orders are qualified for free shipping when total reaches CAD$59 for Metro Vancouver, CAD$89 for Canada (before tax).
Flat rate shipping fee of CAD$13 applies to orders shipping to Canada, using Canada Post. Delivery standard is 3 -7 business days.
To request a shipping address change, please email support@rabbitandribbon.com within 2 hours after placing an order. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it.
Please note that we are not liable for any delays, losses, thefts, or damages to parcels due to weather conditions, errors in local delivery, or hold-ups during international transit.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the continue to ship button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Metro Vancouver Area.
Local delivery is available three times a week. All delivery requests must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email of notification.
Self Pick-Up
Free local pick-up is available at 4500 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC. Pick-up times may vary. Please contact support@rabbitandribbon.com or text 778-552-6262 to schedule a pick-up time.
